Let’s go ahead and get started.

Step 1 – Set up your oscillators.

Set Osc 1 and Osc 2 to a square wave.

Pitch Osc 2 up an octave (+12).  Set the Intensity to 3 o’clock and the Amp to about 11 o’clock.

Step 2 – Adjust your Amp envelope.

Lengthen your Attack a bit and max out your Decay Level.

Step 3 – Set up LFO5.

Max out your Rate and and slide your XFade curve up to a sine wave.  Increase the Decay of your internal envelope.

Step 4 – Route LFO5 to the Pitch of your oscillators.

Detune them slightly (in opposite directions).

Summary

Try adding a Parabolic Shaper or some tube saturation if you want a grittier sound.  Don’t overcook it though, a touch of saturation will go a long way.  Some Stereo Delay can give this sound a big boost of character as well.
